But just from news of getting with Kanye, the stock rose from the dead.
That's the point. That's the effect that he has, or from the news, that it jumped 2 dollars just off the concept of a collaboration.
This would be a great time to buy the Gap. It used to be 20 + dollars a share, and is trading at 12 dollars a share. The deal with Kanye is for 10 years.
Buy, and buy a lot on this one. It can do nothing but go up at this point.
But in the mean time, Nike got its guidance extremely wrong. Again the street was expecting a 5 cent increase on EPS....nike lost 51 cents on EPS! That's huge.
It's funny that both happened on the same day....has a poetic justice ring to it.
