I get it when folks resist arrest you have to get creative to get them in cuffs I guess (or perhaps I’ve just been watching too much of The Wire) but once he’s in cuffs you should immediately get your fucking knee off of his neck.

Of course it should go without saying his knee should have never been on his neck.
