As this piece covers the both the failures and failure to act by Redfield and Hanh who were on-hand to provide testimony yesterday I thought it was worth pasting here as well.
I don't think I knew how serious Redfield's piece-of-shit bonafides were.
Remember, this was largely preventable and it took a concerted, willing effort to fuck this up to the magnitude the federal government (and many state and local governments) has.
This shit makes Katrina look like a perfectly executed high-wire act.
