It's true that he turned and went after the guy with the gun. But it is also true that the guy with the gun was the initial aggressor.
I see this as a murder in the commission of a felony type thing. They were trying to unlawfully detain dude. Assaulted him by brandishing their weapons. And as a result shot and killed Arbery
