2 things they have that would allow them to battle are weapons and a population, and you compound that with the hate they have for minorities and for democrats, you can’t put anything past that. Even to this day Rural white America ( including the south) hold strong to their extreme racist ways.

The colonies rose up against the mighty British, and the south battled against the north. America is a very unique country, and there is no other country like it, which is why socialism, as much as I like it, will never work here. The right to property as well as the ownership of one’s self will always inhibit our nation in some way, because everyone has his own interpretation of it.

Of all the former British colonies, America morphed into something unusual. If you look at former British colonies, their ways are somewhat similar to the ways of the British. The influence never dissipated. However , America, nothing carried over, nothing resembles. The politics, accents, and culture all got stripped. We’re just this huge pot of individuality, with principles of free enterprise and capitalism, so people are never on the same page. So everyone has this superior mentality or complex on how things should be and how they should live.

Federal government is not on the same page. States are not on the same page. People are not on the same page. Sexual consent law are different in every state. Gun laws aren’t different in every state, etc, etc...The same thing will apply with covid 19...states and people are going to have their own rules on it.

So there will be unrest, which could lead to civil war.
