Granted, HHS has relaxed the enforcement of HIPAA security compliance when it comes to telehealth...it still doesn't mean that it would be cool, for example, to use just regular Zoom (especially with all the flack they've been getting recently) for video sessions with patients. This isn't to shit on Zoom, necessarily, because some of what they were catching hell over was from people being dumb.

I don't think there are any relaxation for the banking industry.

Them mofos don't have to answer the phone if they don't wanna now...but when they go for their annual audits, those internal/external auditors are going to have a field day.
