My first thought was BRAVO ! But I trust exactly none of these fools so I'm waiting for more info before giving full props.

it's hard to consider anything where you're still multi-billionaire a sacrifice, but 25% is a decent chunk

That's the thing w/ all this bullshit billionaire philanthropy. They helped create this problem and have both tacitly and actively supported this administration as well as everything from the right to the alt-right to all out Nazis.
So they've helped and profited off undermining the government and installing an authoritarian regime and now we're dependent on their 'good will'.
And now that devil as set his sites on Africa.

Billionaires aren't smarter or better than us, and the most appropriate way to deal with the piles of money they're hoarding is to take it from them. But he also could have secured the same headlines for less than 10% of this, so he seems to be a true believer on this rather than somebody cynically trying to drum up good will.
I'm not sure if that's actually better, but I guess we'll see.
