13375005, I'm still req'd to report to work so

… most of the weekdays are the same for me. I've been trying to find a cadence to my home workouts - something that will push me that I will enjoy enough to continue to doing.

(For context, I had started a 10 week beginner's boxing clinic at the beginning of the year and was JUST "moved up" to the intermediate class two weeks ago when it was announced the gym was closing down indefinitely. The intermediate class isn't really intermediate at all - it basically means that I train with the amateur/pro fighters and do everything they do. So I went to an upper echelon beginner to a bottom-of-the-barrel fighter)

What I've come up with so far is:

Every day: 6 rounds shadowboxing
Every other day: sprint or distance running (switch off on either every week)
Every day I'm not running: max sets/reps pushups, situps, squats

As you could imagine, those sets are the hardest to continuously push myself to do
