And being from the midwest, I didn't get a first hand look at it but I remember there being a LOT of tension in the streets amongst black folks. Even some of my classmates wanted to do 'something' to appease their anger over the event.
Around that time I was listening to Arrested Development, KrissKross, BDP (sex and violence lol), Das Efx and Spice 1 (187 Proof!!)
