I've had a lady come in twice a month for the last 10 years or so.
I keep the house clean but they do the thorough mopping, vacuuming, kitchen, and toilet scrubbing that I don't.
It's worth it if you have the money.
Note:I did try to let a friend who needed money do it but if you're not a pro then you can get resentful/lazy when cleaning. Basically keep it professional and you'll be okay.
