to pick them back up without any evidence of gross prosecutorial misconduct in the previous case is overreach imo.
mind you this is all for a few counts of disorderly conduct that he can plea down to probation if worse comes to worse.
considering this is chicago...im sure there are a lot more things they can spend the time/money on.
