13361163, She's generally been pro-sanctions and defers to standard thinking

on Foreign policy - and much to my shock and disgust - has been woefully inequitable in her reading of the Israeli-Palestine debacle. She also has been disappointingly status-quo on Venezuela.

While she certainly isn't as bad as most of the alleged "experts" we have now running foreign policy - she falls short of her Progressive branding when it comes to foreign affairs. She has failed to use her position on the Senate Armed Services Committee to challenge the status quo or change any of these damaging forever war policies.

Also, Warren has followed the crowd too often and gone along with some of the most egregious acts that have occurred under her watch, defending Israel’s devastating 2014 war on Gaza and vocalizing her support for sanctions against Venezuela.

One journalist whom I respect (Sarah Lazare) perhaps said it best:

"Even judged according to the spectrum of today’s Democratic Party, which is skewed so far to the right on war and militarism it does not take much to distinguish oneself, Warren gets an unsatisfactory grade: not the last in her class, but far from first."
