paid with my card in the first window, got the card back. pull up to the second window and she says my card didnt go through. um...okay gave her cash. checked my bank account and nope i was charged. i go in and ask for the manager, its the same lady in the second window. i tell her she charged me twice, she laughs and says oh yeah. some excuse that it took long to go through...gimme the cash back! pfft.
