I tweak mines every now and again. Last time was a few weeks back. Bent over and felt a mild twinge. Usually doesn't get too bad. About five years back I did something wrong and had a hard time standing up or tying my shoes. I try to stretch out pretty often now. I think siting in an office chair all day has made me more susceptible to these injuries because my ankle randomly hurts sometimes too.
