I didn't attend the meeting (WFH) and since he had no dial-in number/Skype/Net Meeting I didn't attend in any way.
The meeting was actually for a good thing, but he's done this several times before.
So he's not trying to get anyone for anything - he's just bad at holding meetings.
We have folks who work from home 4 days a week - he has to keep them in mind.
It's just being inconsiderate and unprofessional - many people I work with do this too. It's the culture of the team/division.
