Lil Nas X was 18 when he popped and while he is naturally better adapted to social media and the digital world in general I think he is just less jaded because of age. He uses the hate as fuel.

Lizzo popped in her late 20s early 30s and has probably had to endure a shit ton of no's and commentary about her weight from not only her regular life but every single industry exec, a&r, producer and manager.
