>There wouldn’t be an issue if she wore this to an award >show or gala. Those events encourage wild outfits.
How ridiculously hypocritical is this though?
>and no one is really tripping to the point they want her >boycotted or demand an apology.
lol you jinxed this one.
>I think we are just in a time when calling something >inappropriate is shaming them. I think when you pull a stunt >like this you want people to speak on it or react to get >attention
That's the thing, the lines of 'inappropriate' have been moved so much and I think group A sees this one way and group B sees it another. Group A are the people who wanted Janet banned from the Super Bowl. Group B are the people who think showing your ass and tits at the Met Gala is cutting edge/a wild outfit.
I had no problem with her wearing that to a sporting event as a celeb. The twerking was extra though and that's the annoying part. I don't think I've ever seen a celeb twerk at an NBA game that wasn't like an allstar event or something.
>There was a FB from a friend who is heavy set who said she was >being called out by her friends because she wasn’t praising >Lizzo’s stunt.
Well that's just silly. We don't all have to agree.
>and for the record Miley was bashed on here by a ton of people >for her antics.
Miley can a bit of a clown sometimes so that was fair. I think Lizzo suffers from some Miley-isms. Makes both of them annoying.
