Good to finally see a solid artist emerge from one of these type of shows. Dude is super nice to me. Definitely can hear the Kendrick influence but his project ‘Englewood High’ is one of the better releases of the year.

I liked him and Troyman the best.
I wanted to like Caleb but it was something...iono..
He's got a song with Troyman thats pretty dope.

they did a good job of finding artists & setting them up for success (after the first few episodes).
I will say, it was a bit of sandbagging to have SiR's brother have an episode where he collaborated with Miguel (who he was on some tour dates with supporting his brother) and another where he got in the studio with Sounwave (where he looked verrrrry comfortable).
I think some of the dishonesty came when miguel/sounwave were presented as barely meeting him when i'm almost 100% sure they've both been familiar with DSmoke.
