I mean I understand there could be clearance issues for a public release, but the fact that they haven't turned over the whistleblower report to the Congress yet (which, if I understand correctly, is what the law says should immediately be done with these complaints), in and of itself that implies that there must be stuff in the whistleblower complaint that goes beyond this specific phone call.
