including the crimes *he* was indicted on.
he didnt turn informant because he was in danger. he turned informant because he got indicted. literally the day after he got arrested.
if a capo puts out a hit on a member of the same family...and the target of that hit becomes the star witness in a rico indictment...thats still snitching.
he plays by the same rules the rest of them do.
