I get the pearl kind and I should start taking them again. They make you more regular, aid digestion, etc. I guess in some indirect way that could lead to weight loss but I'd say drinking a lot of water, getting on a steady diet, dipping into a balanced exercise routine, etc would do a lot more on that front.
