Could've easily said "We do both have brown skin and wavy hair, but I don't see much of a resemblance." Taking the time to not be condescending was too much tho. There all her followers are dragging this younger black woman, and she couldn't step in and say "whoa yall, I wasn't trying to be mean, yall are taking it too far."
Plus the girl didn't even say she looked like her, she just said she gets told that a lot. Now Rozanda's lil followers are goin in on the girl and celeb worshiping to the point that the girl felt the need to respond and reiterate that she didn't say SHE said it. This is a big flashing signal of the kind of person Chilli is imo.
