she was hella young, I thought. but was just drinking too much soda.

how did you pass it?

did you know it was there?

how painful was it before passing?

how painful was the passing of it?

what was your reaction?

were you home?

>how did you pass it?

thru my pee hole! lol, but for real, mine was basically as big as it can be where they still let you try to pass it on your own - any bigger and its straight to surgery.
Lots of water. And they gave me flowmax too, which is supposed to make your tubes a little bigger or whatever, but i dont know that it did anything.

>did you know it was there?

ya, i knew it was coming this morning. i could feel something unpleasant happening.

>how painful was it before passing?

the worst part was when it leaves the kidney - that was like 2+ weeks ago. That was like intense back/stomach pain, sweats, nausia, vomiting - felt like the lord was smiting me, straight up.

>how painful was the passing of it?

it was sharp but fast.

>what was your reaction?

"holy shit!"

>were you home?

no just got to work this morning. so dude in the next stall heard me like "HOLY SHIT!"
13346021, on a scale of 1-10 how bad was the pain

i remember being horrified as a kid when one of the Hell's Kitchen contestants had the KS on the show. breh was in bare distress. and then i googled what KS were.....fuck that.
13346026, it was up there

it was the 3rd most painful thing ive experienced in my life

1 was my shoulder coming/being out of its socket
2 was my ear drum rupturing

so not as bad as those, but worse than anything else ive ever felt

the worst was when i leaves the kidneys
after that its intermittent, and can sometimes just feel like an itch
13346100, That sux well at least it passed

13346101, congrats. trust me passing it is less painful than surgery

i've had half a dozen or so stones. the worst one was misdiagnosed as small enough to pass but by the time they discovered it, it was not. i had a huge paid internship that summer so i just toughed it out all summer, then they hired me to work extra time and i didn't get operated on until january. by then it was the size (in diameter) of a quarter. that shit sucked, man, the first four or five days after surgery were just dog shit. pissing blood, stent in, throwing up a lot, etc. so while passing them can be painful, it's way better than the alternative.
13346139, aw fuck

ya i want no parts of that
so wait you've had 6?? have you not figured out how to prevent them? (diet changes, supplements, whatever)
bc im def not trying to have this happen again
13346116, Do you drink a lot of ice tea? Supposedly that contributes to KS

One of my coworkers gets them a lot, the last few he had to go in and have surgery because they were too big to pass on their own.
13346138, i did

im assuming thats the culprit, but i just dropped it off for analysis, so we'll see....
