That’s full autonomy over my own behavior.
Authority: the power or right to give orders, make decisions, and enforce obedience
Me ... did not flash, or tailgate, or aggressively use my vehicle to induce action ... no order given
Make decision ... not relevant to the situation
Enforce obedience ... no behaviors were changed, nor attempted to.
