Has a good groove to it. Good sample choice. For gospel, might be a little too hip-hop but I guess neo-gospel breaks a lot of those traditional rules.

And by no means did I mean it was an off selection...if you can make that beat gospel with the right lyrics and vibe, go for it. I'm not one that feels everything needs to be traditional. I just know how 'some' church folk get when it comes to the gospel (or neo-gospel).
From a talent perspective though, dude doesn't suck and the beat is decent. You could do a lot worse so I'd say see what he's got that fits the vibe you're looking for.
