Why do these things exist and why are they constantly parked outside of white collar office buildings bumping bootleg trap and yelling at folk?

Cuz they couldn't be stupid enough to have a truck full of weed parked in midtown NYC
But now I mostly figure it's just a money laundering operation for foreigners, like flower shops and mattress stores
