I mean this in a real way.

from your post it seems like everything is ok. you're not under the threat of losing your job, you still have a job and you're able to pay bills...sounds like everything is good but you're worried about what that other person is doing and its affecting you.

Educate yourself. Ask yourself how to be the best you. If you tried to do what that other person is doing you will find yourself unhappy and at risk for failure because you will be living their life and not your own.

Tap into that growth mindset.
