13294556, Apollo Brown & Joell Ortiz - Mona Lisa Posted by Oak27, Fri Oct-26-18 12:47 PM

13294605, I just jumped into this and I'm really feelin' it so far... Posted by Marbles, Fri Oct-26-18 02:10 PM
I listened to the OC & PF Cuttin' album earlier on and it's straight. But if "Mona Lisa" stays at this level of quality all the way thru, it will outshine "Opium."

13295815, this is really nice Posted by mista k5, Mon Nov-05-18 11:41 AM

13294557, Homeboy Sandman & Edan - Humble Pi Posted by Oak27, Fri Oct-26-18 12:48 PM
|
13294585, Whoa, thanks Posted by Frank Mackey, Fri Oct-26-18 01:30 PM
After a quick scroll through, it sounds like most of Edan's contribution is production.
|
13294588, Yeah he does a hook on "The Guy" and has some bars on "R&RID" Posted by Oak27, Fri Oct-26-18 01:32 PM
But other than that, strictly production unfortunately. Still waiting on that follow up to Beauty & The Beat.

13294650, Nao and Mick Jenkins are what I was looking forward to this week Posted by Hitokiri, Fri Oct-26-18 04:14 PM
Made it through Nao's project. It's very solid. Only got about halfway through Mick's. And it's cool, but this dude can just not recapture what he had on The Water. Gonna keep listening to both through the weekend.

Keep at it- its a grower. Dude's pen game is ridiculous.
That being said, he really struggles with a)sequencing and b)**some** of his choices regarding guests and production and c)trimming the fat
Did you peep his two eps from earlier in the year? (Or more....the anxious and Or more...the frustration)
There are some joints on there, and I feel like the production is more consistent.
Seems like on his full length albums he overthinks it or something.

13295449, Camp Heroes - Share This Album EP Posted by T Reynolds, Thu Nov-01-18 11:17 AM
This is actually some really solid shit. Nobody really knows these guys but they got a Fraud beat on here and a song called Gleaming that goes into 90's skating references pretty tough

The song Joop is dope as well.
