13286289, This has to be a joke. Posted by legsdiamond, Fri Sep-14-18 09:52 AM
How do you list a house for 700K when it has a Zillow estimate of 375K?
What bank will sign off on that loan?
|
13286413, Zillow isn't a reliable reference for value Posted by Cocobrotha2, Fri Sep-14-18 01:24 PM
I've seen it over and under estimate the value of properties by WIDE margins.
The only good reference is recent comparable sales.

Gas and weed is extremely high in Pittsburgh
When my dad and uncle came to VA for my graduation they damn near bought a pound to take back to Pittsburgh.
|
13286414, “The Pot” too?!? Posted by MEAT, Fri Sep-14-18 01:26 PM
I romanticize the Midwest for its mountains and green. But then I’ve seen bare tree pics in the winter and it looks nightmarish.

Someone floated the idea of building.
I wonder if it’s cheaper.

13288546, Just seeing this legs. Posted by adg87, Thu Sep-27-18 08:47 AM
At the time (early 90's) I think my parents outlay was about $175K. They got all the bells and whistles too.

13286420, Zillow says Pitt's median home price is $145k. Why is that one so high? Posted by flipnile, Fri Sep-14-18 01:34 PM
https://www.zillow.com/pittsburgh-pa/home-values/ Is it the neighborhood? Looks like they are
Some median home values for comparison:
DC: $570k LA: $550k Cleveland: $53k (lol) https://www.zillow.com/cleveland-oh/home-values/
Philly is at $150k, and $750k here will get you something dope.
