and not his manager at the streaming place (I think that's what it was.) Because that's the type of place where you should lead with your professional relationship. But at the same time, it's hard to take him seriously in a "manager" role when he gave that dude $4k and thought he'd get double that back ON A MALL GIFT CARD. I know he only did it in part because Al told him to trust him, but Earn's managerial skills don't seem to go much farther than "can talk to white people that Al's too frustrated to talk to."
