it's about the justice system and investigation process being flawed in a way that harms victims. that's a real, concrete issue that plays out in abuse and harassment cases all the time, including all the times its come up before in the senate.

it's not surprising that people like bannon can exploit it, that's what systemic racism and sexism do....
