And how far back in employment do you go?
Where should I put my degree? Top or bottom?
Same questions for certification.

You want to show what you've been doing for the past 5 or so years. After that only put things that a relevant or noteworthy.

There's no need to put that you were a fry cook at McDs 15 years ago (unless you are getting into a similar industry)

As far as I need to and when I can't go that far back it's story time.....

>Where should I put my degree? Top or bottom?

At the top but if your graduation date is different and you don't have relevant experience in the interim then you may want to exclude the date.

>Same questions for certification.

Include the date but you need projects that you worked on listed somewhere.

^^ All of this is my opinion and OKHR actually exists so ask them for specifics.
