Week 1:
work S,M,T,W,
Off Th,F, S, S
Week 2:
Work M,T,W,Th
Off F, S
Week 3:
Work S,M,T,W
off Th, F, S, S
Week 4:
Work M, T, W, Th
Off F, S
and so on..basically 2 ooff, 4 off, 2 off, 4 off....based on ten hour days

I love it. But mine is a little simpler. Off Saturday, Sunday and one day during the week that rotates. So...every fourth week I have a four day weekend. I don't know if I'd want as many moving parts as you have there...but I'm sure I could get used to it, if I had to.

Its really just two week moving shecule..with every other week having FOUR days off yo...FOUR...(2 off, 4 off, 2 off, 4 off..same days each cycle) yes you have to work every other Sunday but..some folks had to work EVERY Sunday
