13170448, see, I think this is pretty WTT/Black/Kingdom Come amalgam

"Kill Jay Z" sounds like a Kingdom Come song beat-wise and feels like "Dec. 4th" while referencing "PSA". There's talk of growing up and being a better person which was also the theme of Kingdom Come. There's mild addresses of black dysfunction, white priviledge and social injustice same as half his content on WTT.

For me, the "haven't heard this Jay-Z before" feeling comes from songs like "The Story of O.J." that are basically spoken word with a vague inference of songwriting, or when his voice sounds like he's working out of the same studio as the King Geedorah "Take Me to Your Leader" sessions, or the Stevie sample that feels...actually, it feels modernly obvious the way his "Forever Young" sample did but it's a dope song instead of a corny song so it's easier to ride for.
