I used to be a social smoker ages ago but Im goin through some shit the past two months and started buying packs etc..
today something came to a head and took all my wherewithall(sp?) to not..well you get the idea..so I left for an hour and smoked a disgusting american spirit

Which requires leaving the building and going for a walk. I may or may not get coffee, but it helps reduce the urge to karate chop my desk in half and scream "Aye... STFU!!!" at some of these folks.

someone said I may have got the menthol..which I was getting the last time because the regular smokes of another brand was meh like a mug so they said get AS

mind you, I work from home so it's important we're on the clock
but my supervisor acted like she wanted to consider writing me up for 44 minutes of bathroom time in a week
9 minutes a day or 1 minute an hour. say I cop a squat, that's 5 minutes alone
