Imagine the ad campaigns next year over this. How is rape a pre existing condition? There has to be some sort of justifiable evidence for this because there's no way Republicans are this dumb.

this is want his supporters wanted. We (non supporters) need to realize it. America is different...they wanted different. We're no longer the land of milk and honey..

13153295, According to that, everyone making over $75k will have lower premiums...
Posted by flipnile, Fri May-05-17 11:37 AM
And everyone under $20k will have higher premiums. It's mixed between those two numbers. Sounds like standard Repub "look out for the poor rich man" logic.

I'm sure there are some hardcore 'Mericans who will be pleased to see anyone's taxes go down.

But

Does this bill address rising costs?

A lot of Trump voters hate Obama care for several reasons, biggest one though is their premiums are going up.

Have steadily for years.

If this doesn't address that, I don't see **ALL** of them celebrating.

** Only thing I'm worried about is insurance companies juicing the books...lowering, or at least stop increasing premiums, for a few years to appease folks.

Also, voters don't know what's in the bill. Congress doesn't even know what's in the bill.

That said, and I know I'm a broken record at this point, but-

This is on the Dems. They should have at least presented a few "fixes" to Obamacare over the past few years.

But again, that would take them being in touch with the real-world and being okay with some self-critical analysis.

Even recently.

After Trumpcare 1.0 failed, did the Dems say "okay, obviously Obamacare is here to stay. Here is our plan to fix rising premiums...are Republicans willing to play ball for the American people, now that their own plan can't even get out of their own party??"

IF they did, I missed it.

All I saw as the Dems spiking the ball.

Rising premiums were always going to be a fact of life with or without Obamacare. Talk to insurance companies about that. And they were fixing things with it. They always were.
13153296, exactly, they are just happy their "team" won
