it was the girls car that was damaged - my brother was driving.
and furthermore, even under what i assume to be your working definition of a "lame" - a "lame" wouldn't have gotten out of the car and approached several men after offending him.
courage has never been his problem. however; learning when & where to deploy said courage has been a problem.
maybe you missed the part about him serving 6 yrs?
actually, being more of "lame" would probably serve to his (and our family's benfit)
grow up.
