A life threatening incident would be something like surviving an air plane crash, or a car crash, or an earthquake. That can reset the brain sometimes.

Or if Trump does something directly TO THEM or someone they love. Like if Trump outlawed being a chickenshit redneck - then some of those people would turn.

But if you follow Trump now you're either:
1)A fucking rube
2)Cynical - and using his incompetence to your advantage.
