That's pretty nuts. How big of an impact is that nationwide? Not to diminish how much that hurts you personally because I have to think that's going to hurt your monthly budget, especially since this is January, but I'm curious if this will hurt folks that actually went out to vote for Trump.

While the savings just at first glance don't seem that much it accrues over time. This last for the life of an FHA loan so it would vary based on loan amount but the one i am looking at now increased $33 on $170K home. That is almost 12K in payments that they did not have to make before. Plus in order to qualify for a mortgage that $33 can be the difference between you qualifying for a loan and not qualifying for some people.
