What they never feature on these zombie shows and movies are the following.

1. Water supply is fucked. You will die of thirst. Think about how infections work. There will be mad dead infected zombies dying and floating into he water supply. You would have to purify your water constantly.

2. The smell: dead bodies smell. really really bad. Everything would smell like dead body. Also flies and maggots everywhere on everything. Pretty sure you will die from being bit by a mosquito too.

3. Fast vs Slow zombies. The first few days all the zombies would be fast zombies. After decay starts kicking in they will slow down and eventually they wouldn't be able to move at all. This is how rigamortis works. The extended zombie apocalypse makes no sense because dead flesh decays at a rapid rate.

If they're fast, they're not zombies -- they're Infected.

And if there is some kind of plague that turns its victims into aggressors
they probably won't be reanimated corpses but living Infected.

If it's winter or icy, then the bodies wouldn't rot ( as fast). AND the bacteria and insects, etc that feast on decaying bodies wouldn't grow in freezing temps. So you'd just have piles of bodies of frozen dead things.

But even before that, just imagine rotting dead bodies everywhere you go.

Got enough ammo to take care of my own, and I know some mean ass survival skills so setting up camp wouldn't be too much a problem nor would hunting for food when it because scares because of the looting.

The Rapture tho? Demons and shit? FUCK. THAT.

How would we even deal with that if it could happen? Every scenario seems like it could be manageable except for that one. I played Doom, that's about as close as I'd ever want to be to that actually happening.

1) Ecomonic collapse (No supermarkets, no convince of modern life) - This will start it. Weakening of consumer power, walk down of middle/low class quality of life.

2) Martial Law (Government take over, concentration camps, King Trump) - with a weakened economy and a lack of resources, the way is paved for this.

3) Nuclear Fallout (Live in an radioactive wasteland, supermutants & deformed ppl) - Recognizing the weakening of the US and seized control by Government, other world powers attack with the intent on invasion and takeover.

4) Zombies (Reanimated or diseased/contagious people) - Waste from the fallout creates infected humans/Zombie-state.

5) Rapture (demons & shit) - Realizing that it's all about to fall down, the creator decides to start over. Sends the clean up crew.
