If I had the means I would train folks in those disciplines coupled with a language skill and then plant them in countries/environments which could provide the best opportunities for success


funny you say this...I had a similar idea

like send niccas over to Haiti for a stretch to help out with rebuilding

disaster relief organizations I'm sure could use the manpower
hell...create our own

but yeah...this is along my lines of thinking
