the whole episode, which probably contributed to her shady acts. and of course she is popular so everyone was automatically going to take flora's side. obviously she did flora wrong but if someone treats you like crap you probably don't feel bad doing something like that to them. then again I don't really know the history so I don't know what I'm talking about, so there's that.
