fools in TX & OK really act like that, and especially drive like idiots but never think they're at fault.
It's like watching trump supporters on cnn, if they can talk over you they'll start feeling tough.
if anything he gave him too much time and shouldn't have followed him unless they both just happened to be headed to the mall.
