Can watch the leaves unfurl and see the water change colour. I love that.
Also:
Listening to uplifting music e.g. Heatwave, EWF, Isley Brothers, O'Jays, Harold Melvin and the Bluenotes. A lot of positive messages and uplift with those groups/bands.
Walking - lovely this time of year crunching through the pretty autumn leaves.
The sea - always mesmerising on a sunny day watching the sparkles on the water.
Watching the clouds - always takes me to another place.
The night sky - makes me feel connected to something bigger.
