Meaning if she was saying black youth are superpredators and didn't mean or believe it then that's even more troubling IMO.
I believe she meant what she said regarding superpredators or at least believed it enough to say it in order to get the bill passed so she at least believed she was saying the right thing at the time IMO.
I'd like to believe her apology, but dishonesty appears to be a part of how she interacts so I just can't trust her words and to be honest I think she's a racist too. Just better at hiding it.
