Issa lost the charm of her ABG days, but gained a lot of points in terms of style

she and Larry need to get some other cooks in the kitchen, AND really make some decisions on these story lines and character arcs. I hate how Molly's character ended up. Lawrence is low-key the only likable MFer. The "Bi" story line felt straight out of the 90s. etc etc

shit was funny, honest, and at times raw, but episode one felt light hearted and a slice of dark Black comedy, but by the end it felt like melo-drama trying to assert its middle class Blackness

i'm def still in for season two, but wouldn't be surprised if I jumped ship
