If your conclusion hinges on circumstantial evidence, fuzzy math, and loose fitting connections along with a summary along the lines "I mean, think about it" and not hard evidence, verifiable documentation, and a summary that rests upon that evidence, well.... your questions aren't solving anything.

It's not a matter of "who".

It's a matter of "what".

If you can't prove it, it's just a theory.

It's your job to sift through the wheat and chaff of information.

If you're basing all your conclusions on things that amount to "think about it!" then you have zero ground to stand on with anything.

They can't prosecute police of murders.
They force the poor, black and innocent into plea deals leading to mass incarceration.
Some states are prosecuting poor and blacks folks without lawyers, court appointed or not.
