she's not frustrated and without a life. she's dating at least one other person and isn't waiting around to see what glover's character thinks of that. she didn't ask, doesn't care, didn't bring it up until he asked.

clearly their relationship has more layers, but it seems like she has more of a life outside of him than he does outside of her, tbh.
