No one likes to be fooled and full disclosure would be expected so an informed decision could be made by all involved parties. And I get the wanting to birth children angle and it's legit.
Ideally, transgender women identify as women so they don't see themselves as transformed. They see it as correcting a misappropriation.
But let's not act like most of ya'll wouldn't be trying to smang Amiyah Scott sans full disclosure.
