U can walk throughout most of Chicago safely...Downtown....Some parts of the North Side....Even some parts of the South Side where much of the violence is taking place....
The violence though in certain South Side and West Side neighborhoods has become so over the top that it leads one to believe that the entire city of Chicago has gone to hell....
